Elijah Lincoln was born about 1769 in Taunton, Bristol County, Massachusetts. He and Wealthy Leonard were married on 7 January 1792 in Raynham, Bristol County, Massachusetts.1 He died on 13 July 1843 at age ~74.
There was an Elijah Lincoln, b. 1769, son of Elijah Lincoln and Amelia Hart, who m. Lucinda White in 1798. Elijah died in 1843.

Biography

Wealthy Field was born about 1757 in Taunton, Bristol County, Massachusetts. Samuel Leonard and she were married about 1774. Nathaniel Britton and she were married on 21 September 1779 in Raynham, Bristol County, Massachusetts.1 She died on 10 January 1829 at age ~72.
The Field Genealogy says that Wealthy Field #784 was married to James Leonard, but that appears to be wrong -- she married Samuel Leonard. The Field Genealogy lays out the rational that she didn't marry either James or his son, James Jr. on page 236 -- if either had been, they would have had to sign off as Field descendants in a series of complex land transactions. She was apparently published to Nathaniel Britton September 21, 1779, 3 years after Samuel's death. She was the sister of Nathaniel, who married Samuel's sister Sarah Leonard. She was 72 years old when she died. According to the Field genealogy, she was probably the fourth child of Zebulon's second wife Patience, born about 7 years after they married. She's mentioned in Zebulon Field's will on p. 237 as Wealthy Leonard. Wealthy Field had person sources.2
