Jemima Parkhurst was born in 1753 in Morristown, Morris County, New Jersey.
Silas Leonard and she were married in 1773. She died in 1793 at age ~40 in Morristown, Morris County, New Jersey.
Both Isaac and Silas are said to have married Jemima Parkhurst. There were at least two Jemima Parkhursts, in Morristown, probably more. One was the daughter of John Parkhurst and Mary Thomson; the other the daughter of Benjamin Parkhurst and Mary Ludlow. One was born in 1753 and the other in 1755. One was born 13 July and the other 13 October. One may have been a twin. Both were married in 1773. They died at a variety of years: 1756, the 1770's, 1796. They both had children between 1776 and 1796. The misinformation is thorough scrambled and oft repeated.
