Name sometimes mentioned as Michel or Mickel, as on christening of Elizabeth, sponsors Philip Hener and Elizabeth Kells, but Nichols is the name on CD401, Marriage Index for Selected Areas of NY. There were a number of Nichols in NY, including some in Columbia Co.

She was 51-9-11 when she died.

Did he also have a son Alexander? There's an Alexander Kells living with Philip H. and family in the 1850 Census. Philip's brother Allen is also living with Philip.

He was baptized 18 July 1784 in the Dutch Reformed Church, Claverack. His sponsors were Abraham Bachman and Catharina Muller. NYG&B Record 81:239. Clav Ref 1489.

Abraham and Suba moved to the Churchtown area from Claverack after the birth of son James. Abraham Kells had person sources.4
