Ullie E. Saunders was born in 1889 in Jewett City, Connecticut.
Charles Eddy Leonard and she were married on 10 December 1907 in Fall River, Bristol County, Massachusetts. She died on 4 October 1976 at age ~87 in New London County, Connecticut.
She was listed as being at home at 25 Burnet Street when she married Charles.
They divorced before the 1910 Census, where she is listed as Ullie E. Saunders, living with her parents at 25 Burnet Street. She was a packer at a silver factory. She married Frank E. Phillips 20 March 1912 in Providence. She had a Phillips in 1913, took the Phillips surname, and was living with her parents and son (but no husband) in Providence in the 1915 RI Census.
Her son, Lloyd S. Phillips, was born 20 Jan 1913 in RI and died there 27 Nov 1973. His father is listed as Frank E. Phillips. He joined the Army 16 Nov 1942. His last residence, according to SSA, was in Warwick, Kent Co., RI.
She also had a daughter, Virginia, born 1919 in Providence.
In the 1920 Census, Ullie and her children were living with her parents on Hamilton Street. Her father was a florist. Ullie is listed as divorced.
