This is the Joseph Munro who married Mary Bowerman, per Dorothy Chapman Saunders, "Some Descendants of John Munro(e) of Bristol RI, The American Genealogist, 1986, pp. 180 ff. Be careful of Internet sources: they may have it wrong!

Also, Dorothy Chapman Saunders does not list Hezekiah as a child of this marriage, nor do the Bristol VR's by Arnold (although these are very incomplete). Saunders says Hezekiah possibly a child of George Munro. It seems logical that this Hezekiah belongs here, given the obvious New London family connection. Joseph Munro was born in 1680.
