Charles Joseph Leonard was born on 13 August 1882 in Utica, Oneida County, New York.¹ He died on 1 June 1963 at age 80 in Utica, Oneida County, New York.

In the 1900 Census, he was a grocery clerk living with his family on Bleecker Street in Utica. In the 1920 Census, he was a travelling salesman/paper and living at 1165 Rossuth Avenue in Utica.

Biography

Stephen Leonard, Jr., was born on 25 July 1812 in Sangerfield, Oneida County, New York. He and Sarah M. Crofoot were married on 25 October 1831. He died on 15 July 1893 at age 80 in Byron, Genesee County, New York.

He resided on the farm where he was born and which became the birthplace of all his children. Later, he removed to Waterville, lived for a time West and South, and returned to his native state. He devoted himself to the sale of first-class driving and coarching horses in New York. In early life he was a loyal member of the Democratic party; in his latter years he became an earnest and fervent Prohibitionist. Stephen Leonard, Jr., had person sources.¹
