Thomas Bliss died before 14 February 1651 in Hartford, Hartford County, Connecticut.
There are two Thomas Blisses, sometimes confused. This is not the one who settled in Rehoboth, MA, in 1639-40. This one came to Hartford, CT, before 1639 from Rodbury, Gloucestershire. (Jacobus, pp. 476-478, Anderson, The Great Migration Directory, p. 33.)
