In the 1942 directory, James and Mrs. Mary are listed at 49 Cooper and 51 Cooper, along with several other people (multifamily house?). In the 1934 directory, James' wife is listed as Emma -- James the son of James H.? In the 1924 directory, James H., wife Mary, is listed as a painter. Lillian R. is living there also, listed as a clerk. William D. also, a bookkeeper.
