In the 1920 Census, George B. and Leona S. Leonard led a household including their children Velma, Georgiana, Richard, and Ester, George's parents Richard and Emma, both 68. Cousins Herman J. and Alma P. Leonard, both 40, and their children Sarah A., William B., and John T. were living next door in Caroline, Tompkins Co., NY. All the adult men were farm laborers.
