Daniel Pearson Leonard was born in July 1827 in Dexter, Penobscot County, Maine. He and Susan Foster Mudgett were married about 1852 in Belmont, Belknap County, New Hampshire. He died in 1904 at age ~77 in Dexter, Penobscot County, Maine.

Biography

Edwin Fenno Leonard was born in 1862 in Belmont, Belknap County, New Hampshire. He and Harriet Shattuck were married in 1889. He died in 1931 at age ~69.
At the time of the 1880 Census, he was a clerk in a drug store and living with his mother and sister in Springfield, Hampden Co., MA. He was a member of the MA House of Representatives in 1906 and Mayor of Springfield 1920-24. He's listed in the Encyclopedia of American Biography, New Series, Vol. 1, New York. Biography

Capt. Nahum Leonard was born on 1 November 1787 in West Bridgewater, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1 He and Rhoda Snell were married on 5 March 1812 in Bridgewater, Plymouth County Massachusetts.2 He and Hannah Kingman Snell were married on 2 July 1822 in West Bridgewater, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. He died on 21 February 1879 at age 91 in Bridgewater, Plymouth County Massachusetts.
He wrote an autobiography which ought to be around someplace.

Two years after the death of his father, he went to live with Capt. Jotham Ames, where he remained from age 8 until 1801 when Capt. Ames removed to New York. Then he lived with William Mitchell two years. Later he learned the trade of blacksmith from Capt. Abraham Washburn with who he remained until he was 21, afterwards being in partnership with him and later with Capt. Abial Ames. He resided in West Bridgewater until his death in 1879. Capt. Nahum Leonard had person sources.3 He was born on 1 November 1787.

Biography

Nahum Kingman Leonard was born on 24 September 1825 in West Bridgewater, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. He and Phebe J. Cowen were married on 26 November 1856. He died on 4 January 1891 at age 65 in Bridgewater, Plymouth County Massachusetts.
He graduated from the State Normal School at Bridgewater, then studied for the law. He was admitted to the bar in 1852. He removed to the west and returned to MA at the beginning of the Civil War. He became a captain of Company I, 58th MA Brigade in 1864 and Judge Advocate of the Second Division of the 9th Army Corps in 1865. In 1872 he was appointed superintendent of the State Work House at Bridgewater, where he served until his resignation in 1884. He was writing a history of the 58th MA Brigade.
