Ann Lee Edwards were married on 16 March 1822 at St. Nicholas Church, Bristol, in Gloucestershire, England. He died on 30 November 1881 at age 84 in Parker, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania.
Name is spelled "Rheuben" on gravestone.
He and Ann are listed in Gloucestershire records as marrying in March 1822.
He and Ann apparently arrived in America in 21 May 1822 on the Schooner,
Two Friends. He left from Bristol, England.
"An iron works in Kensington (PA) was built in 1825 by George Lewis and Reuben Leonard (A Century and a Half of Pittsburgh and her People). Reuben and his brother Samuel operated the first ironworks in the city (Pittsburgh), later called the Kensington rolling mills. They moved to Bear Creek in 1833 and took over the ironworks there, which they operated at a profit until sometime after 1840, when Reuben retired. Reuben died at the old Parker homestead in November 188-. (Armstrong County: Her People Past and Present, Vol. 2, p. 535).

In the 1870 Census, John B. was an oil and coal dealer in Parker, Butler Co., PA. Margaret was 13 years younger. Reuben, listed as a retired farmer, was living with them.
