Aka "Little Dove." She was a member of the Mashpea Wampanoag Tribe living on Cape Cod, according to some accounts. Other accounts have Mary Hyanno married to a fellow named Cornwell. Did she die in 1660 or in 1678?

Biography

Edward Bangs was born about 1591. He and Lydia Hicks were married about 1633. He and Rebecca Hobart were married in 1635 in Eastham, Barnstable County, Massachusetts. He died on 19 October 1677 at age ~86 in Eastham, Barnstable County, Massachusetts.

He was possibly born at Panfield, Essex, on 28 Ocrtober 1591, but that is not proven. He came over to America on the "Anne" in 1623, living first in Plymouth and moving to Eastham by 1645. He was an Innkeeper. The first vessel built at Plymouth was a barque of 40 or 50 tons, and Edward Bangs contributed to its construction.

See "The Pilgrim Migration," pages 23-25 for more about his activities. Edward Bangs had person sources.¹ He was born in 1591 in Chichester, England. He was born on 28 October 1591 in Panfield, Essex, England. He and Rebecca Hobart were married about 1636 in Plymouth or Eastham, Massachusetts.
